Penthouse (In Construction)
World Trade Centre Residences, Dubai
The Jumeirah Living Penthouse project is a 4,500 square foot apartment that offers elegance and luxury. We designed around the oversized windows following the natural curve of the structure, linen couches, and a spacious open concept layout. The Interior Design for this two floor penthouse draws on the classic influence of Arabian design.
We begin with sketches of custom cabinetry and furniture that would perfectly complement the space. A sleek white oak wood strip pattern was chosen for the entrance bench, providing both functionality and style. Upstairs, a bespoke off-white linen day bed was crafted to fit perfectly into a nook, offering the homeowners a cozy spot to take in the breathtaking views of 'Old Dubai'. The colour scheme we settled on combines soft shades of white and brown with touches of navy blue and peach, creating a calming and sophisticated ambiance throughout the home.
The dining room drew on the hand made brass Dome Light Fixtures, we sourced directly from Morocco, which provide a warmth. Linen clothes were used on the dining and buffet table. The colour palette in this room is predominantly neutral, creating a serene and calming atmosphere. In contrast, the entrance makes a bold statement, introducing the vibrant colours that can be found throughout the rest of the home. A gallery wall was installed to showcase the homeowners' collection of photographs, adding a personal touch to the space. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a harmonious balance between style and comfort.
