Mignon is a home design and construction firm that specializes in high quality residential homes throughout the GTA. Every project is personally overseen by the firms owners.

Asad leads the construction division of the firm and collaborates in lockstep with Susana to bring each highly detailed passion project to life. Through his engineering background, he has a very hands-on, logical approach to balance the creative side. This forged an understanding of how to optimize the efficiency of each project through careful planning, organization, working with high quality contractors in the industry. Asad is a skilled project manager with a keen eye for detail and a talent assembling contractors, maintain organization and structure, and constant awareness of costs. Each project starts with a methodical, structured approach that utilizes a combination of sketches and CAD software to fine-tune each build. Mignon is known for our ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances ensuring that each project is consistently completed on time and within budget, without incurring costly setbacks.

Susana heads all things design with over 15 years of experience in interior design, staging, marketing and sourcing. She is able to provide high quality designs through procurement, and unique imports for one of a kind pieces which reflect each clients culture and style. Susana’s designs are European based with an appreciation of core design eras, such as Classic, Art Deco, Mid Century Modern, and Eclectic. “I work to study each layout to ensure not only functionality is top of mind, but architecture elements are incorporated and considered to bring in natural lights, balance, and high quality craftsmanship that each homeowner will appreciate throughout the life of their new home.” This allows her to design beautiful and functional homes.
