Bungalow (In Construction)

Princess-Rosethorn, Etobicoke

The Beaverbrook Project is an exciting construction that we are proud to be involved in. We began with a 1940's bungalow located in Etobicoke, with the goal of completely stripping the home down to its foundational studs and bones, and then reimagining its interior with a modern touch. To enhance the property's exterior aesthetic, we replaced the exterior front facade with natural cedar wood and sleek black windows. Moreover, we widened the windows to allow for more natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere.

On the interior, we added a full length kitchen island at the centre of the living space that provides a subtle division between the kitchen and the living room, without compromising the open concept. We incorporated wood panelling on the inside of the island. By integrating the appliances into the millwork, we achieved a sleek and streamlined modern look that harmoniously blends with rustic farmhouse elements and warm wood tones. The final result is a cohesive living space for the homeowner with a timeless design.
